Archer Judd is a center for the Hanover Wild. He has a great wrist shot when he uses it in the right situations. He likes to score goals and when he works hard to get in scoring positions he does a great job of putting the puck into the back of the net. While Judd insists he has a good one-timer, the coaches agree he is much better off using his hard wrist shot to beat goaltenders.
With his size and strength Judd is able to shake off hits from opposing players and create opportunities in the offensive zone.
Judd is a force in the face-off circle, winning an unbelievable percentage of his face-offs. The coaches noted one game when he won 15/16 faceoffs, a stat that is absolutely incredible and shows his determination to win the puck for his team.
The coaches see Judd has a lot of potential and hope to help him realize with hard work and more intensity he can reach that potential. The coaches also hope to improve on his skating technique and power, as well as his conditioning.
